Refund Policy

POLICY SUMMARY

All QuantNeuralEdge products are digital goods. Once delivered, sales are final and no refunds are issued as a standard rule. The sole exception is a verified, reproducible software malfunction that renders the product completely unusable and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our products — including Pine Script indicators, browser extensions, and analysis software — are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment. Once a file is delivered via WhatsApp or email, it cannot be "returned" in the same way a physical product can. The product is accessible the moment it is received.

Furthermore, we provide detailed descriptions, screenshots, video previews, and live demonstrations of how each product works before you buy. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information and understand what you are purchasing.

Refunds are therefore not issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • The indicator produced signals you disagree with or that resulted in a trading loss
  • You lack the technical knowledge to install or configure the product
  • The product did not perform as you personally expected (subjective dissatisfaction)
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • TradingView platform changes that affect indicator behaviour (outside our control)
  • Market conditions or results that you consider unsatisfactory

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

We take the quality of our software seriously. If you believe a product has a genuine technical defect, we will investigate thoroughly. A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Documented malfunction: You provide clear evidence — such as a screen recording or screenshots — demonstrating a reproducible error, crash, or behaviour that is objectively inconsistent with the product description.
  • Not user error: The issue is confirmed to be a defect in the product itself, not a result of incorrect installation, misconfiguration, or misuse.
  • Support attempted: You have contacted us and allowed us a reasonable opportunity (minimum 5 business days) to diagnose and fix the issue before requesting a refund.
  • Claimed within 7 days: The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Unresolvable defect: The defect cannot be corrected by a software update or patch delivered within the support window.

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee a refund — each case is evaluated individually. QuantNeuralEdge reserves the right to offer a replacement, an updated version, or an equivalent product instead of a monetary refund.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

Your request must include:

  • Your full name and the contact details used to purchase
  • The product name and version
  • Date of purchase
  • A detailed written description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence: screen recording, screenshots, or error messages demonstrating the malfunction

Incomplete requests will not be processed. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Trading Results Are Not Grounds for a Refund

Important: QuantNeuralEdge products are analytical tools, not financial services. They do not guarantee profits or predict the future with certainty. A trading loss, a signal you consider incorrect, or a period of drawdown is not a malfunction and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

All indicators, including Quantum DeCasteljau, are shown in full detail — including how signals are generated, what conditions trigger them, and what limitations exist — before any purchase is made. You accept these characteristics when you purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and following the process above is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and product functionality to the relevant payment provider in any dispute.
