Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the QuantNeuralEdge website or purchasing any of our products. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About QuantNeuralEdge
QuantNeuralEdge is a provider of digital trading tools, including Pine Script indicators for TradingView, browser extensions, and analysis software ("Products"). All Products are digital and delivered electronically.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our Products. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Our Products are for educational and informational purposes only and are not regulated financial services.
3. Digital Products & Licencing
All Products sold by QuantNeuralEdge are digital goods delivered via WhatsApp or email. Upon completed payment you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own trading activities.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the Product with any third party.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Product.
- All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with QuantNeuralEdge.
- Licences are for individual use only — one licence per purchaser.
4. Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Payment is processed via the method agreed at the time of order (communicated through WhatsApp or email). Products are delivered only after payment has been confirmed. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, confirmed orders are honoured at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
5. No Financial Advice
Important: QuantNeuralEdge Products are tools for analysis and educational purposes only. Nothing on our website or within our Products constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the specific conditions under which a refund may be considered.
7. Product Availability & Updates
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Product at any time without notice. Purchasers of a specific version receive that version and any minor bug-fix updates at our discretion. Major new versions may be priced separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantNeuralEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use our Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Products or website to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of QuantNeuralEdge or any third party
- Distribute, copy, or resell our digital Products
- Misrepresent our Products or claim authorship
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or Products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
